Le Comptoir de Tigmi is two minutes' walk away for an easy dinner out. Breakfast comes included rather than bolted on as a paid extra, which is rarer among the properties covered here. This works best as a staging point, a comfortable valley base the night before or after a ski day, rather than a stay built around walking straight onto the slopes each morning.

Für alle, die eine ruhigere Basis im Talboden mit Garten und Pool suchen und die tägliche Autofahrt zu den Liften von Les Sept Laux in Kauf nehmen. Auch außerhalb der Skisaison passt das Haus gut, wenn der Pool zur Hauptattraktion statt zur Zugabe wird. Wer morgens möglichst wenig Zeit bis zur Piste verlieren möchte, bucht besser in Prapoutel oder am Pipay.

Warum Gäste es liebenWir haben es als Basis für eine Woche mit Tagesausflügen nach Les Sept Laux genutzt, und durch den Garten fühlte sich die Rückkehr jeden Abend wie eine echte Pause an, nicht nur wie ein Schlafplatz. Dass das Frühstück inklusive war und nicht wie anderswo extra kostete, war über eine ganze Woche wichtiger als gedacht. Der Pool wurde öfter genutzt als geplant, vor allem weil nach der Fahrt rauf und runter alle einfach nur sitzen wollten.
