I recommend Les Crêtes Blanches to families and couples who want to stay in the heart of Val d'Isère, 150 metres from the Solaise and Bellevarde Express lifts. The pool and jacuzzi are a real plus, and the lounge with an open fireplace is a good place to finish the day. Ski storage is on site. It is a three-star hotel, so I would look at a larger property for a full spa.

Ski storage made the routine easy with three kids. After skiing, the pool and jacuzzi were the main event, and evenings in the lounge by the open fireplace felt cosy and unhurried.
