Il ristorante propone piatti italiani e austriaci con opzioni vegane e senza glutine, e gli animali sono i benvenuti. Chi vuole una base sul lago raggiungibile a piedi dovrebbe guardare a Resia o Curon Venosta, perché qui la priorità è l'accesso diretto alle piste.

Il parco giochi dà ai più piccoli un posto dove correre quando lo sci li ha stancati, e il camino all'aperto diventa il punto d'incontro naturale dopo cena. Il cane viene senza complicazioni, e la cucina gestisce richieste vegane e senza glutine con naturalezza, non come un favore speciale.
