Reposer is a down-to-earth, lodge-style stay in Hakuba with a restaurant, a lounge, a terrace and a sauna for the end of the ski day. Hakuba Happo-One is a short taxi ride away rather than on the doorstep, and free parking makes it easy if you drive between the valley's resorts. It is kid-friendly, which suits families. I would book it for a relaxed family trip that values a homely base over slopeside convenience. An 8.8 from 154 guests is very good.
