Jiva hill resort operates at a different scale than the rest of Lelex-Crozet's lodging, a five-star property with its own golf course laid out beneath the Jura ridge and mountain-view balconies in the guest rooms themselves. The spa runs to pools, a hot tub and a fitness center, well beyond the single sauna found at the area's smaller B&Bs, and the on-site restaurant with room service means a guest could reasonably not leave the property for an entire evening. Airport shuttle service and pet-friendly rooms extend the resort's reach to travelers who might otherwise skip a Jura stay for logistics reasons. It is closer to a destination resort than a ski-village stopover, built for a trip measured in days.
