Ik raad de Waidringer Hof aan stellen en gezinnen die een echt spahotel willen op 200 meter van het ski- en wandelgebied Steinplatte. Het grote wellnessgedeelte met binnenzwembad wordt 's avonds vanzelf de vaste plek, zeker met de spatas met badjas en slippers die op de kamer klaarligt. Skiërs met een krap budget of wie een eenvoudig familiepension zoekt, vindt beter iets tussen de kleinere adressen van Waidring.

Waarom gasten het geweldig vindenDe tweehonderd meter naar de Steinplatte maken de ochtendroutine pijnloos: schoenen aan, ski's op de schouder, geen shuttle nodig. Het grote binnenzwembad werd ons vaste avondprogramma, zeker met de spatas met badjassen en slippers die al op de kamer klaarlag, niets in te pakken. De Tiroolse diners in het hotel bespaarden ons na een hele dag buiten elke autorit. De balkonkamers voegen een mooi uitzicht toe.
