What it offers in return is a level of polish that the smaller Les Sept Laux village hotels don't really compete with: an indoor pool and hot tub for year-round use, a proper spa, and an airport shuttle that removes one of the more tedious parts of an Alps trip. The tourist office sits a minute away by taxi, which says something about how central the hotel sits within Vaujany itself. Dogs are welcome, and the accessible, smoke-free rooms round out a genuinely comfortable stay.

Para quem procura um hotel com spa de quatro estrelas e não se importa de ficar em Vaujany em vez de Les Sept Laux: são duas estâncias diferentes da mesma região. A piscina interior e o transfer para o aeroporto trazem conforto real. Se a viagem gira à volta dos teleféricos de Les Sept Laux, encare-o como outra estância, e não como uma base alternativa para as mesmas pistas.

Porque os hóspedes adoramReservámos o Le V de Vaujany a pensar que era uma estadia em Les Sept Laux e só à chegada percebemos que Vaujany é outra estância da mesma grande região, o que mudou um pouco os planos de esqui. Depois de ajustarmos, a piscina interior e o spa tornaram a semana muito relaxante, e o transfer do aeroporto poupou-nos um carro alugado que mal teríamos usado. Um quatro estrelas a sério, só que no vale vizinho.
