Hotels in Wald

Wald is a small town in the Zurich Oberland, below the Bachtel hill and close to the canton of St. Gallen. Its former textile mills give it character, and a hotel in a historic building with a spa area suits a quiet weekend of walks.

Hotel Bleichibeiz

Wald

Historic charm, spa relaxation, and diverse dining

Why guests love it
Hotel Bleichibeiz occupies a historic building in Wald, in the Zurich Oberland, and I see it as a relaxing countryside base rather than a ski hotel. I recommend it to families who value calm: there is a sun terrace, a garden and spa facilities, with yoga and fitness on offer. Rooms have private bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, minibars and flat-screen TVs, and the family-friendly restaurant serves diverse cuisines. Guests rate it 8.3 across 218 reviews.
