Our take
Baderhaus is a town hotel in Bruck an der Mur rather than a ski address, and I would recommend it to couples who like rooms with character and a good restaurant downstairs. Each room is furnished differently, some look over the Mur River, the restaurant serves Austrian and international specialties, and the town centre is 200 metres away. A 9.2 from 626 guests is an excellent record. Skiers should know the slopes are a drive away, so it suits a touring trip better than a ski week.
- Ask for a room with a view of the Mur River for a more scenic experience.
- Dine at the in-house restaurant to sample local Austrian and international dishes.
- Take advantage of the nearby hiking and cycling trails to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Why guests love itBaderhaus in Bruck an der Mur has individually furnished rooms full of character, and ours had a view of the Mur River. It is about 200 metres from the town centre, so cafés and shops were an easy stroll. The in-house restaurant served Austrian and international specialities, and we ate there more than once. Free WiFi worked well. The area is lovely for hiking and cycling, making it a nice base outside the ski season too.
