Why guests love it
Boots go on in the hotel and the first turns start right from the door, which changes the whole rhythm of a ski morning when there are kids involved. The playground gives the youngest member of the group somewhere to run once the skiing wears them out, and the outdoor fireplace becomes the natural gathering point after dinner. The dog comes along without complication, and the kitchen handles vegan and gluten-free requests as a matter of course rather than a special favour.
