Auberge Nemoz trades ski-lift proximity for a genuinely rural setting: a garden property with its own trout pond and stables, five minutes' walk from Gite of Martinette and eight from La Martinette itself. The hot tub and spa give the property a wellness angle that most guesthouses this size don't attempt, and the restaurant and bar downstairs cover most evenings without needing to drive anywhere. This works best as a countryside retreat within the wider Belledonne foothills, a place to unwind rather than a base built around the shortest possible walk to the Les Sept Laux pistes. Dogs are welcome throughout, fitting naturally with a property that already keeps horses.

Para quem procura uma casa rural com personalidade, jacuzzi e spa, e não se importa de ir de carro até aos teleféricos de Les Sept Laux. O lago das trutas e os estábulos dão-lhe um encanto campestre que nenhum hotel de estância consegue imitar. Quem prefere chegar às pistas a pé todas as manhãs deve reservar em Prapoutel ou no Pipay.

Porque os hóspedes adoramReservámos a Auberge Nemoz a contar com uma casa de hóspedes simples e ficámos surpreendidos com o carácter que o lago das trutas e os estábulos lhe dão. Não fica perto dos teleféricos de Les Sept Laux, por isso planeámos desde o início o tempo extra de carro para os dias de esqui. O jacuzzi ao fim do dia foi o ponto alto de quase todos os dias, e no fim da semana as crianças falavam mais dos estábulos do que do esqui.
