Doussard

Lakeside retreat with pool, bikes, and mountain activities

Why guests love it
L'Arcalod is the base I recommend at the southern end of Lake Annecy for families who like space and fresh air. The pool sits in a 5,000 m² park where children have room to play, and the free bikes make the 2 km ride to the lake an easy outing. Rooms are air-conditioned, which matters in summer, and Bistrot Jeanne is on site for dinner. My advice: allow about 30 minutes to reach Annecy itself.
